Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategy for determining profit margins in murabahah financing at BPRS Patriot Bekasi. The object of this research is BPRS Patriot Bekasi. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Excavating information related to profits from Murabahah financing was obtained by observing and interviewing the director of BPRS Patriot Bekasi. The components that influence the determination of murabahah margins are the Direct Competitor Market Rate (DCMR), Indirect Competitor Market Rate (ICMR), Extended Competitor Return for Investors (ECRI), and Overhead Cost. The research results show that BPRS Patriot Bekasi sets a profit margin of 1.5% per month or 18% per year, with a calculation of 75% for overhead costs, while the company gets 25% net profit/profit.
