Iklim Organisasi Sekolah dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru Bahasa Inggris (English Foreign Language -EFL) Di Indonesia
Abstract
Studi ini mengeksplorasi peran dari iklim organisasi sekolah di Indonesia untuk kepuasan kerja guru bahasa Inggris (EFL) dalam pendekatan metode campuran dalam lingkup yang luas di Indonesia. Setiap organisasi pendidikan memiliki iklim unik yang mempengaruhi perilaku dan perasaan gurunya. Dalam artikel ini, kontribusi iklim organisasi sekolah di Indonesia memiliki peran penting untuk kepuasan kerja guru bahasa Inggris (EFL). Artikel ini mengungkapkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi sekolah dan kepuasan kerja guru bahasa Inggris (EFL). Lebih lanjut, dibahas bahwa kepuasan kerja guru sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain beban mengajar, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kemandirian dan pengambilan keputusan, serta faktor keintiman dan kehangatan. Pada analisis kualitatif menjelaskan bahwa iklim sekolah yang tidak kondusif akan berdampak negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja peserta didik. Pada akhirnya studi ini memiliki implikasi yang signifikan secara pedagogis dan manajerial bagi pemerintah di Indonesia, khususnya para pengambil kebijakan dibidang pendidikan untuk menciptakan iklim organisasi sekolah yang kondusif dan menyenangkan.
